About

NJ Shore ArchitectsFeldman & Feldman Architects, PC was founded by two equally talented and diverse registered architects, David H Feldman and Marjorie Dopart-Feldman, in 1990. What sets Feldman & Feldman apart from their contemporaries is each partner’s ability to provide every client with a multi-disciplined approach to design and construction. Because of their different backgrounds and expertise and through the thoughtful inclusion of the client in the design process, no two projects are ever the same—truly capturing the firm’s mission: making your house a home.

Feldman & Feldman Architects specializes in high-end custom residential home design. However, during its history, Feldman & Feldman has created projects for all categories of construction: commercial, waterfront, educational, religious, professional, food service, hospitality, assisted living, residential developments, residential renovations and additions, commercial renovations and additions, industrial, historical preservation, fire and storm restoration, agricultural, bank/financial, hotels, shopping malls, supermarkets, warehouses, day care centers, automotive, bars and coffee houses, gymnasiums, fire stations, community service, funeral parlors, stables, spas and recreational facilities. The firm proudly works with the agencies of Habitat for Humanity, Monmouth Housing Alliance, and FDIC.

Feldman & Feldman Architects launched an Interior Design Division in 2004 that specializes in Residential Interior Design and Commercial Space Planning. With the Architect and Interior Designer working together, a client receives a more complete design package with a better grasp of the project being proposed as well as a more accurate overall project budget.
